Reviews Multicooker Philips HD3039 00

Virtues

  • 1. in Philips HD 3039 cooks amazing DAIRY PAPERS (Yes, yes! That's right! You just need to deal with the modes - see my comment below for details); 2. the presence of the regime HOT (the effect of a griddle!). Buying MB choose between this and Panasonic. Chose this, because the family loves a crispy crust on meat and soups / borscht with roasting. In Panasonic, Baking is used for frying, but this mode is not as powerful as Philips.3. the ability to set a delayed start; 4. 3D heating; 5. a microprocessor - there are smart modes, like, for example, SPAGHETTI - MW evaporates water and turns off itself when spaghetti or another dish is ready, where you need to evaporate moisture; 6. removable bowl easy to clean; 7. you can cook 2 dishes at the same time - a dish for a double boiler can stand on top while stewing. intuitively everything is clear! It's great that there are not pre-installed pre-made programs for “Kiso”, namely the modes: HOT, RAGU / STILLING, BAKING, STEAMER, SUP / BOILER, RICE / GREEK, SPAGHETTI. They allow later, having mastered the crock-pot, to prepare dishes themselves without recipes, beloved by the family, which used to be cooked on the stove; 9. an adequate acceptable price (Panasonic is almost 2 times more expensive, and of the advantages only the presence of the program "yogurt" and at the same time it does not even know how to fry).

disadvantages

  • 1. There is no YOGURT program (but if desired, it is done on other modes - there are recipes in the internet);
  • 2. There are a lot of mistakes in the manual - it is tolerable, because I still cook exclusively according to recipes from Ineta;
  • 3. You can’t set the time for quenching for less than an hour - you can’t leave, if you only need to extinguish 30 minutes, you will have to stay at home to turn it off forcibly.

Comment
The absence of the program “Milk porridge” does not prevent the Philips HD3039 from making wonderful milk porridges! They are preparing in Philips on quenching mode! But it is important to know one thing so that the porridge does not run away. If you want milk porridge you need to choose quenching and set the preparation time for at least 6 hours, then the MV will automatically switch to BLOWNING. The quenching differs from prying in that the intensity of boiling on the mind less. And porridge does not run away! For example, if porridge is needed by 6 am, then at 10 pm one can fill up cereal (100g per 1 l of milk), add milk, choose EXTINGUISHING and set cooking time 8 hours (or set 6 hours, and the remaining 2 hours the multicooker will automatically keep porridge on heating). Dairy can be cooked in the same way on quenching, if you like thinner ones or on the RICE / GREEK type - who likes dry ones, because MV will evaporate the liquid. But in the rice / buckwheat mode, the proportions are 1: 2 (ie, 200g per 0.400 water). Philips HD3039 is an analogue of the English Morphy Richards and the German dex are twins, so you can use the recipes for these CFs, so the sea recipes! In general, have in mind that the instruction is miserable - the interns on the knee, apparently, wrote it, which this MB was not even seen! About the fact that the MB is operating in the THRESHOLD mode, if you put the quenching for more than 5 hours, nothing is said at all! In the internet there is already a new instruction, but I got the old one with a bunch of errors, and the recipe book was not given in the store - it is not always included ((Fortunately, all the recipes are described in detail in the internet. In general, I VERY RECOMMEND this CF - from budget options This is an excellent choice! Of course, no one argues that the multicooker-pressure cookers are cooler, and the ceramics are more durable than Teflon, but so the prices for those MW immediately start from the amount 3.5 times higher than this price.

Virtues

  • Beautiful! Powerful! Thick-walled bowl with non-stick coating. There is no plastic smell. Very tasty food is obtained, rich taste! In a saucepan, this is not the case.

disadvantages

  • It is really inconvenient to wash the lid, but multi with removable lids are much more expensive (((((It would be much more convenient to have separate buttons with programs (and not just a MENU button)) and it would be nice to have separate buttons with numbers 1-10 for typing time, everything is tiring to operate only 2 buttons TIME and MINUTES.This is a minus in comfort and you understand it only after the purchase and 1 experience of setting and cooking. But again - if you want the maximum - pay more.

Comment
She took a gift certificate.
I read here enthusiastic and harshly negative reviews, chose within 4000 p. between Panasonic and Philips. Took for appearance))) Well, the credibility of the brand Phillips, Phillips could not do bad!
I can not say that there is an urgent need for a multicooker, I just wanted to try this miracle of modernity in action (TV shops do their job, advertising is the engine of progress))).
Perhaps the only reason for buying a slow cooker was the idea of finally eating healthy breakfasts - not only a cup of coffee, but also Kasha! To get up 20 minutes earlier for cooking porridge on the stove is an impossible task ..... And the slow cooker does it herself.
I didn’t understand the complaints of the described problems with cooking porridge at all: oatmeal was cooked on a delayed start by 7 am on the soup / boiling program, the duration was 6 minutes. The result is beautiful, not flowed out, not burned, boiled soft. But I do not eat milk porridge, so I cooked on the water (proportions 1 to 5 - 1 multi-bowl of oatmeal and 5 multi-cups of water + salt, oil in porridge and coating the bowl below the rim).
She made noodle and meatball soup, stewed potatoes with meat. I am wildly delighted with the multicooker, I did not expect that it would be so tasty. I consider myself eaten in food, so tasty - it means really TASTY!
People, be friends with your head! Modes are conventions. The slow cooker is the same pan, with only a heated lid and a hermetically closing lid. It is not necessary to follow recipes from the Internet. Oatmeal in the mode of languor for 6 hours - yes, I will not fall asleep, knowing that the cooking process takes place in the kitchen almost the whole night !!!! In a saucepan on the stove, is someone cooking porridge for 6 hours ????? Not! Well, there is no need to bother - a few minutes in the mode of soup / boiling and everything is fine and tasty turns out. You still need to be able to cook, if it is tasteless or burnt, or not boiled, then this is not a slow cooker, but ............ well, you understand!))))
In general, I advise Phillips 3039.

Virtues

  • 1. 2 years warranty (only Philips and Moulinex)
  • 2. the bowl is perfectly washed, even if the contents are dry
  • 2. baking is excellent and does not burn
  • 3. intuitive interface
  • 4. have a watch
  • 5. easy
  • 6. Spoon and spatula included are very comfortable and easy to clean.
  • 7. build quality and plastic are excellent

disadvantages

  • 1. fixed lid - you have to wash with a slightly dampened sponge to prevent water from getting onto the heating element
  • 2. in some modes, you have to forcibly interrupt cooking (rice / buckwheat, spaghetti, baking), since the time is initially in these modes can not be set, and by default the result is not always satisfied
  • 3. there is no porridge mode, and when boiling porridge on the soup / boiling modes or rice / buckwheat porridge flows through the steam hole
  • 4. instruction about anything, and the recipe book is bullshit

Comment
I chose Philips because of 2 years warranty, namely this model - because of the functions of baking and frying. I can not rejoice at baking biscuit, manna and charlottes, in my oven they always burned at the edges even in aluminum form and did not bake in the middle. MV consumes much less electricity than the oven, due to its size and tightness.
It is very convenient to fry, because the bowl is much higher than the griddle, so there is less splashes of oil.
Does not burn under any circumstances and is easier to clean than glass and ceramics.
On the modes of spaghetti and buckwheat, you have to turn off the MB forcibly by pressing the Off button, because otherwise they will be too dry and dry to the bottom.
It is very difficult to adapt to porridges, it is dangerous to cook a lot of porridge - when boiling it spills out through the steam hole directly by the fountain, you have to wash the entire kitchen, so I cook no more than 2 servings. But porridges turn out delicious.
Recipe book - it would be better if it did not exist. I make up the recipes myself, for cooking recipes from the Internet you need to find and write them down before going to the grocery store, which is not always convenient. Therefore, I have not even tried many MV functions, there are not enough products to check them.

Virtues

  • Quality goods. In the SupSpiking mode after boiling, a beep sounds.

disadvantages

  • Cooking time too hard. For example, for the Quenching mode, the minimum value is 1 hour, it cannot be set less, and for the Warming up mode, the maximum value is 25 minutes, it can no longer be set. Baking - 45 minutes (hard)
  • Inflated temperatures for RiceGreek and Spaghetti (130-140). If water boils at a temperature of 100 degrees (and if there is salt in it, and even less), it is unclear how the system will pick up the laid 130 °? The slow cooker will run dry. I do not use these modes.

Comment
Excellent slow cooker with 6 modes:
1. Steady Reinforcement (t 80-95C).
2. Warming up (t 85-95C). Suitable for heating ready food.
3. Soup-Boil Steamer (t 90-100110C). It boils equally strongly, the difference in the time parameter, which can be set for up to 2 hours on a double boiler. These modes are suitable only for steamers, the soup is very boiling.
4. Baking (t 120-130C).
5. Frying (t 160-180C depending on the selected product: vegetables, meat, fish)
6. Heating (t 75С) For 2 hours, keep the dish hot. Only suitable for soup.

The quality of the bowl, plastic, mechanisms overlaps the lack of flexibility in the settings by 100%.

Virtues

  • Great model, easy to operate, very comfortable. I am pleased with the purchase. in terms of price / quality ratio - an excellent option. its 3300 rubles, for which it was purchased, worked with a vengeance.

disadvantages

  • There is, of course. after more than a year of use, they certainly become obvious. but given the merits, the flaws pale.

Comment
I bought a slow cooker from necessity, because the stove in our rental apartment is just awful. I chose a budget option with tacks. a friend has bowls tongs (another brand of multicooker), she assured that the tongs are terribly inconvenient. I love to cook and know how, so the recipe book immediately put on the shelf. wonderful soups are obtained in the slow cooker. I put the stew mode for 2 hours and even if I put a frozen piece of meat on the bone, then after 2 hours the meat falls off from the stone itself. Well, the rich soups are simply misunderstood. I tried to bake in a slow cooker. The first time poured a lot of dough, not baked. the second time I did a charlotte, poured the dough just enough that everything worked out. but, alas, we eat sweet in other volumes, so it seemed to us not enough. therefore I bake as before in the oven on the pan. for frying the multicooker is irreplaceable, but if you gape, it can also burn. Frying mode is very powerful, I like it, because it is fried as fast as possible. the main thing is not to go far)) from the minuses: the recipe book is small (if anyone uses them), and it seems they have not been tested. I cook according to recipes rarely, more often on a whim, but I decided to try the recipe from a book. pasta bolognese as I remember right now. did everything according to the book. Pasta was a solid piece of dough in the end. such in the canteen school give, boiled soft, terrible in general. I decided not to experiment anymore, I cook without books. I'll take it to the minuses - the upper silver plasmask has moved away from the valve. just fell off, after 8-9 months after the start of use. this does not affect the functionality, only on the appearance. it is still inconvenient to wash the cover from the inside, the valve itself and the upper inner part of the multicooker. there are two such dimples near the fastening of the cover, they have to climb with cotton buds.Well, the trouble of many multicookers, that there is no Power button, every time you have to pull the cord out of the socket after cooking. well, the thing is good, especially if you know how to cook and you just need a helper, not a cook's substitute :)

Virtues

  • Design, intuitive control, lightweight, transportable. Bowl with excellent coating. Silicone pot holders

disadvantages

  • the instruction will not help you, go to the multicooker site

Comment
It justified my expectations. And I, and my 15-year-old son dealt with her for 3 days.
What is written here about the countdown of the cooking time - the countdown begins with the release of the pressure cooker on the mode !!! That is, the cooking time countdown starts from the moment of boiling!
The remaining time it can show on the regimes proceeding ON TIME.
On condition modes, such as buckwheat or spaghetti, pilaf, it cannot show the remaining time, since these modes are on the boiling water condition, that is, the cooking time depends on the amount of liquid and is not known in advance.
My milk porridges were obtained without problems, but they didn’t like my son, he doesn’t like it, it turns out, the taste of baked milk, I had to adjust the recipes.

In general, recipes from the Multicooker for Redmond are suitable, but I had to slightly increase the frying time, apparently due to 3D, softer heating. Or I used to fry stronger.
In general, you can customize any recipe you like a little bit, it’s not a problem for me, you still have to adapt all the recipes - I don’t take milk, my husband is gluten.
And after a one-time fit, the recipe is prepared on the machine, and cooking begins to bring pleasure and even arouse sports interest.
And still, you will laugh, I will use it as an air conditioner for orchids - I will wrap them with instantly cooling steam, like a fog-class.
In general, while we have this favorite toy
