1. Radar (including arrows), beating in the back detects for about 50-100 meters and the signal is often seen as intermittent.
2. The arrows directed to the face in most cases see, but often it happens, it consistently sees 300 meters, and the first scrapping for 600 meters. Again, in this case we are talking about the highway, direct visibility, good weather conditions. CRISS also catches badly.
3. False alarms have a place to be not only in the city, but also on the highway (gas stations, cafes, truckers on the highway, etc.).
4. The most interesting thing is that the fastening of the gadget itself is possible only on the torpedo, and at the same level. As you know, this is not always meet even in the freshest car.
5. It is still unclear why the radar itself is turned off.
It also happens that the display freezes. And in general, it is not clear why the manufacturer has ceased to engage in quality control and equipment control - from time to time something is missing.

I thought to buy Q65str, but because Q85str turned out to be even slightly cheaper, then bought it. It catches all declared ranges. You can turn off unnecessary at your own risk, and reduce sensitivity (two City modes past the standard Highway). Also, for especially irritable wheel, the volume reduction wheel is also present))). The main thing to understand is that a radar detector is a device that reports when waves of a certain frequency pass through it, and not some kind of mythical device that makes your car invisible to traffic police officers))). Those who write that one catches the arrow for 800m, and the other for 2500m - I will answer that the device does not determine the distance to the radar, but captures the waves !!! and if you are passing through the zone where they are, the radar detector will tell you! There was a case when Q85 squeaked about the arrow for 3.35 km (I started beeping when I was at the traffic light in Old Kupavna reacting to the Radar in New Kupavna), because the radar was in direct visibility, while the car traveling in front of me periodically blocked this direct visibility and Q85 fell silent at these moments, and again signaled when the car drove off to the side ... but it was when only 500m (as soon as it entered the hill Moscow Ring Road, because this is the height and hid the ARROW from the straightness of the arrow) ... At first I was skeptical of the magnet, but then, on the contrary, I realized that it could not be better, because I always tidy it up in the glove compartment (so as not to steal the glass and in addition it was not smashed).
