I have something to compare with: they were carrying recaro, romer and maxi-kozi. Maxi-kozi have been used from birth to 11 months.
1) Installation and removal from the base of carrying at Maxi-Cosi is much simpler and faster than that of competitors. A carrier, thrown without aiming, the pratichesik rises and fixes on the base itself, the removal takes 1 second - he pulled the lever and lifted the carrier. For comparison, in Recaro, to install, lower-move-press, and removal is the reverse movement, in which you also need to pull the lever.
2) Recaro carrying is 1 kg heavier
3) Unfortunately, we had a chance to get into an accident, from which the car went straight to the dump, the driver and the passenger went to intensive care, but the child, who was riding in the cabrioFix carrying, got off with a slight fright. Given that the car had only a rear bumper and rear wheels without damage, the seat was not damaged, and only the base leg bent wasof the support leg - all the braking energy went into it. so SAFETY - CHECKED

Virtues
- Great chair! I regret not having bought it right away. First of all, it is combined with a tab, really convenient for newborns. We went on long journeys 750 km. The child (5 months) only ate and slept, nothing bothered. Very diverse color range, eyes scattered when choosing. The sun canopy is hidden, when not needed, you can simply remove it so that it does not interfere. Easy chair, with a high degree of reliability.
disadvantages
- Not very pleasant fabric, always laid the diaper before putting the baby, otherwise it would sweat a lot. But it didn’t strain, the chair itself remained perfectly clean. Grown out of it at about 8-9 kg. But, as far as I know, not a single category 0+ chair can cope with the claimed 13 kilograms of weight.

The chair is simply very pleased, it is a pity that we grew out of it. They did not sell, left for the next child.

I note that the car seat body is made of polypropylene, which means that even in extreme heat it does not emit any harmful substances. The cover can be washed in a washing machine, it does not fade and is not deformed. We are very satisfied with the chair, we used it for up to 1.5 years.
