I took a laptop for software development. Percent and memory are delivered. The map seems to be not bad either, worthy for its level. I took a complete set with a DVD-drive, but for me it is so possible to leave an extra slot empty or connect the SSD. More sense.
I put him 5 because he is really powerful and without brakes.
But the disadvantages for me are noticeable.
- The battery flies away in an instant. The previous laptop I kept from 4 to 6 hours, and then from 2 to 4.
“A stupid touchpad is just a disbelief.” It is very inconvenient that the buttons are combined with the touch panel. Because of this, every time you need to click on a small object, the mouse pointer moves aside! But in order to sweeten the pill - it is conveniently located - during printing, the hands do not touch it.
- For some reason, a very weak WiFi model. It does not catch everything, but it constantly disconnects from a weak network and it is necessary to manually reconnect each time.

Virtues
- 1) Modification with 2 x GeForce GT 755M (SLI) + Intel Core i5 + 8Gb perfectly pulls even Crysis 3 at almost maximum settings!
- 2) The speakers have excellent sound compared to those I have heard on other laptops.
- 3) Very good matte screen despite the fact that it is TN. Viewing angles are quite large. The picture is juicy and clear. Even to me, as a designer, it does not interfere with work.
- 4) Very comfortable and pleasant to the touch keyboard. From the first meeting it is convenient to print on it even without eyes, as if she used it all her life. Under the clave is a gorgeous red light.
- 5) High definition images with a resolution of 1920px.
- 6) Beautiful, stylish and slightly aggressive black and red design. Like.
- 7) Not a bit noisy even under load.
- 8) UltraBay slot is an achievement. Must be on every laptop, IMHO. You can insert either a hard drive, or a drive, or a video card, or an additional cooling system, instantly preparing a laptop for the current task.
disadvantages
- 1) Too heavy, but how much weight can such a stuffing have?
- 2) It is heated under load quite strongly, but again, what else can we expect from 2x video cards?
- 3) Strongly buried body.
- 4) The image, though clear at the native resolution of 1920 px, but the fonts become too small. Still, for 1920 px it’s better that the diagonal was 17 ''.
- 5) The backlight on the keyboard has 2 modes - on and off. Intermediate brightness adjustments no.
- 6) The kit should ideally add a cradle for the second screw in the UltraBay slot. Although this is perhaps my personal whim.
- 7) Weak battery. Dies in 1.5 hours at maximum load.

At the end: an excellent laptop, which without any difficulties can replace the desktop is quite a powerful solution. Moreover, its small thickness and size make it very mobile. Still a little easier, but this is the price we pay for performance. At the moment, buying this laptop I do not regret a penny. Now it has 8 Gb of RAM preinstalled, but I will deliver another 8 to achieve a maximum of 16 Gb. Thank you Lenovo for a great product.
