What feed for chinchillas is better to buy?
It is better to give preference to feeds consisting of identical granules, since otherwise chinchillas can begin to choose only certain pieces, leaving aside herbal granules rich in essential fiber, vitamins and minerals. Grain-free feeds are the closest to the natural diet of animals, as they contain few carbohydrates.
It is important not to forget about the mode of feeding the animal - you should not allow a permanent presence in the bowl of food residues. It is best to give food 1-2 times a day at the same time. Care must be taken to ensure that there is always enough fresh water in the drinking pot.
