In general, the model deserves much more attention than cheap boxed subs.
Despite the fact that the subwoofer does not replace the full, this model can be used where use of the subwoofer is impossible, for example, when the boot space cannot be occupied, or for owners of sedans. I bought it because I have a sedan, to put a big sub in the salon is stupid, and in the trunk of a sedan is even more stupid.
Honestly, I expected much less from him. There were doubts that the 50-tivatt Pioneer would not be heard, because I do not use regular GU and acoustics, I use an additional amplifier and the doors are all taped. However, I was pleasantly surprised, apparently the manufacturer is not lying about the sensitivity. Moreover, it seems that he actually wins back from 30Hz, as stated in the specifications.
However, there was a fly in the ointment. As I wrote above, a full-fledged sub, this thing will not replace, it is better to use it to give depth to the bass, when using bass front acoustics. This Pioneer sounds in the range of up to 50 Hz and only if there is a good low-pass filter on the PG with a large steepness in the frequency response decay. The low-pass filter of the subwoofer itself is not enough. Otherwise, during playback, booms appear, humming sounds inherent in cheap boxed sabs. So if you have regular staffing and acoustics, then you will not achieve anything decent from this subwoofer anyway.
Another problem is finding the installation location. I wanted to install it in the back seat, in the place of the shelf, but it does not sound there at all. Under the seat is also not an option, the sound should not encounter obstacles and this can be felt even by an inexperienced listener. So he was lying on my back of the driver's seat, I have no other places in my car for him.
