Yes, this particular DeWolt is being made in China, but remember that Makita too. And Bosch is Malaysia. Also in the case - someone here said that charging in 1 hour is a long time? It will charge faster - the batteries will be destroyed. Let's not forget that this is NiCd, the same as competitors.
