- The built-in microphone is very quiet by default. The problem is solved by changing the microphone gain in the sound settings in the control panel. BUT! Oddly enough, this has to be done EVERY time when you start Skype, for example. With all this problem - I wanted to use my headset, but bam. It has two jack plugs 3-pin, and on the computer only one 5-pin plug. And yes, and also the microphone on the case is placed directly under the left hand, if you play a shooter, for example.
