Samsung has decided to provide the model range of the average price category with high autonomy, but realized this intention by a controversial method. Another unfortunate solution is the strange work of the gadget in the energy-saving mode - the screen becomes black and white, but this does not give a real battery saving. Everything else on the tablet corresponds to the positioning of the Middle-End: productive stuffing, OTG support, high-speed mobile Internet in FDD-LTE networks at Cat.4 level and the ability to integrate with the cover-keyboard. Positioning in economy class can be seen literally in every component: an outdated hardware platform is unable to provide sufficient performance for modern heavy games; there are two microphones, but noise reduction is not implemented; screen lock during a conversation is provided, but it is easily removed by a random double tap; cameras are set "for show". However, the aspect ratio of 16: 10 and good viewing angles allow us to recommend this tablet for watching movies, reading books or surfing the net. By the way, if at maximum load the device lasts only 6 hours, at rest it is able to stretch the battery charge for almost a week. The manufacturer has a model SM-T235 with LTE module and another (more productive) processor, but it is almost never found on sale.

On the other hand, this solution significantly increased the autonomy of the device. Of course, in heavy games, the quality settings will have to be set to the minimum, but if you don’t have enough money for Ferrari, and you want to go, it makes sense to ask the VAZ. This is especially true if the tablet is supposed to be used primarily for watching movies and communicating in social networks. The main disadvantage of the model is the low screen resolution. For such a diagonal, 149 pixels per inch is very small. And it cannot be said that the reduced resolution affected the device's autonomy - the battery will land a continuous video viewing for 7 hours, although in the periodic use mode the tablet can “stretch” even several days.
